01How long does an AI audit take?
3 to 5 weeks depending on organisation size. We start with a week of immersion, then 2-3 weeks of analysis and a week of readout.
02What do you deliver after an audit?
A detailed written report, an exec readout deck, a prioritised roadmap (Excel + Miro), scoping sheets for the top 3-5 projects.
03Can you train our technical teams?
Yes. We run 2-to-5-day training on LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, MLOps, or Cloud/DevOps.
04Do you support execution?
